Privacy policy

Last updated September 21, 2026. This policy covers felipeflows.com and Felipe Flows Private, the 1-on-1 mentorship (coaching services) offered by Beyond The Lines LLC, doing business as Felipe Flows ("Felipe", "I", "me"). Questions: felipe@felipeflows.com.

What I collect

• When you get the free guide: your email address.
• When you apply for Private: your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle if you give it, and your answers about your goals, training, schedule, and budget. Applying also adds your email to my list so I can send you a confirmation and occasional emails; you can unsubscribe anytime.
• When you become a client: the intake details you share, which can include age, height and weight, training and eating habits, injuries or medical conditions, work and family schedule, and any progress photos or messages you choose to send me.
• When you pay: your name, email, phone number, and payment details. Card details go directly to Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: the hosting provider logs standard information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising trackers.

How I use it

• To send you the guide and emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To review your application and reply to you by text, DM, or email.
• To mentor you: build your plans, run check-ins, and track your progress.
• To process payments and keep required business records.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

Health information and photos

Anything you tell me about your health, body, or habits, and any photos you send, stay between us. I use them only to mentor you. I will never post or share your photos, results, or messages without your written permission. I am a mentor, not a healthcare provider, so this information is not covered by HIPAA, but I treat it as confidential.

Services I use

I rely on a few companies to run this business. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Kit (email list and guide delivery)
• Formspree (application and intake form submissions, delivered to my inbox)
• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• Calendly (call scheduling)
• Google Workspace (email)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• DaySeven (the app clients use to log their weeks, covered by DaySeven's own privacy policy)

How long I keep it

Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Applications that don't become clients: up to 12 months. Client information: for as long as we work together and a reasonable period afterward for records, unless you ask me to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email. You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it by emailing felipe@felipeflows.com. I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and I'll honor them.

Children

This site and my mentorship are for adults 18 and over. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date above. If the change is significant, I'll tell current clients and subscribers by email.
